One of the most important aspects of implementing Innovative Learning Environments is the support and professional learning of the teachers. Schools should arrange at least one visit to another school that has already implemented ILEs. More importantly teachers should be allocated appropriate time to plan for the change in their own pedagogy and classroom practice.
